You only need a driver's license to prove your identity to a notary.

Usually you can go down to your local bank that you have an account with and get something notarized for free too.

Didn't mean to hit quote. Anyway, maybe I can ask here rather than start a thread. Read somewhere here that They may require everyone holding dinars to cash them in before (yet after rv) a deadline. No elaboration so to me it sounded like a possible game over. I'll assume you know what I'm talking about. But it does make sense for them to do this, I think.
