Earlier this week Twitter proudly announced it had silenced the Trump Campaign’s Twitter account due to a violation of its “rules against information.” Being the moral decider of what’s right and wrong is a lot of power for a tech company; particularly when their decisions are political, occurring during a presidential election.

 

 

The tweet in question, posted from @TeamTrump was a video clip of Trump in a Fox News interview during which he said children are “almost immune” from COVID-19. Twitter hid the post and shut down the account until the tweet was deleted.

As The Gateway Pundit reports, the true story here is “tech giants are working together to silence the President of the United States and his campaign.” The fact that this is allowed to happen “in an election year during a pandemic. Where is the DOJ? Where are the Republican lawmakers?” remarked The Gateway Pundit.

 

 

“And now we know” the answer. “The Twitter official who was first to announce the suspension of the Trump campaign account. His name is Nick Pacilio,” reported The Gateway Pundit. Pacilio works in the communications department at Twitter. He so proudly announced on his personal twitter account, “The original Tweet from @TeamTrump is in violation of the Twitter Rules on COVID-19 misinformation, and we’ve required removal.”

Director of Communications for Trump’s re-election campaign Tim Murtaugh posted about the ordeal. “The Twitter employee who announced to the world why the @TeamTrump account was briefly suspected is also Kamala Harris’s former press secretary. Silicon Valley is hopelessly biased against the President and only enforces the rules in one direction.” Alas, another example of liberals so blinded by hatred for Trump that they accidentally out themselves.
