announced member of the Kurdistan Democratic Leadership Council, Aras Hassomirkan, on Sunday, February 12, 2017, that the party will begin a new round of talks with political parties , and initially will be meeting with the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan. 

We Hassomirkan network Roudao media: "We were waiting for a meeting of the political bureau of the Patriotic Union, and after it was held on Saturday, 11.02.2017, issuing a statement which described a meeting the high delegation of the National Union with the Democratic and the continuation of the meetings as positive and important. Will begin a new round of talks the end of this week or early next week. " 

He added: "We will meet with the beginning of the Patriotic Union, and then we will meet with the other parties in the Kurdistan region." 

And the holding of the Kurdistan Democratic Party , headed by Nechirvan Barzani, in the January 11, 2017 meeting with the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan , headed by Rasool, where the two sides issued a joint six - point: the statement 

first: relations between the two parties: to promote, strengthen and coordinate relations , according to the responsibilities and conditions emerging, particularly in the the area of governance and relations of the Kurdish region and relations with the federal government and the states of the region and the world, to be at the level of food and the many changes in the current stage and in the interest of the people of Kurdistan. 

 Second , try to solve the problems and complexities of the political forces in other parts of Kurdistan and respect for the rule of law and non - interference in the internal affairs of the other. 

Third: how to solve the financial crisis facing the people of Kurdistan in general and employees in particular, so the two sides reinforce and support the provincial government and the institutions concerned to find a solution and make repairs necessary to provide living segments of society and securing employees ' salaries and interest in the areas of oil and gas and to ensure more transparency necessary fields. 

Fourth , the establishment of appropriate to resolve the fundamental problems in the Kurdistan region of measures, mainly the activation of the Kurdistan Parliament. 

 Fifth: the formation of a joint committee comprising representatives of the political parties in the province of Kurdistan and its components, in order to hold talks with the Iraqi government and the parties concerned to resolve the issue of the areas covered by Article 140, and then the referendum and the independence of Kurdistan.   

Sixth: the continuation of meetings between the two parties to reach an agreement as soon as we can eventually develop appropriate solutions to the overall problem.
