Tens of demonstrators in front of the Basra provincial council said on Monday the governor's resignation Cltag Abboud and improve the conditions of electricity.

A correspondent (The Iraqi News Agency Information / INA) that "the demonstrators chanted slogans demanding the resignation of the governor Cltag Abboud, Electricity Minister Karim Waheed failed Monday in the implementation of even Fraction of the public demands, "according to the demonstrators.

He said one of the organizers of the demonstration that was condemned not to move the local government, dwelling in light of the continued public disapproval of the lack of public services, particularly with regard to the electricity sector that "the continued silence of the federal and local over the failure to respond to the demands of public improvement of electricity paid to get out into the street and raising our voice."

"The demonstration came after a demonstration today and walked around Basra on Saturday and left two people injured and three protesters were exposed to fire by the security forces."

The demonstrators stressed that "the coming days will witness the largest presence on the Square events through the ongoing demonstrations and sit-ins may even be paying attention to the desires of mass removal of the governor and improve the conditions of electricity."
