Traconesu02 Posted June 13, 2010 Report Share Posted June 13, 2010 Kurdish delegation in Baghdad to start meetings TuesdaySunday, June 13th 2010 6:06 PM Erbil, June 13 (AKnews) – A Kurdish blocs delegation which was expected to visit Baghdad for talks with other Iraqi parties on the formation of the new Iraqi government, has not completely arrived there and has not held any meetings yet, a source said Sunday.Some of the members of the delegation on the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) have failed to visit Baghdad along with other members of the delegation - who arrived there Saturday - due to their occupation with other works in Kurdistan Region, Zana Rostayi, a member of the Kurdish delegation on the Kurdistan Islamic Group (IG) faction, said Sunday.But the missing members are expected to arrive in Baghdad this evening, according to Rostayi, who said they would hold an internal meeting to define a mechanism for their talks with the other political parties in Iraq about the new Iraqi government, he said.
