I like Tom Horn and Steve Quayle the bring out some very interesting points and evidence of things going on "behind the scenes"

I have a lot of their writings and listened to many of their broadcasts.

 

It's more about genetics and DNA manipulation than creating "cyborgs", not to say they are not trying to that also. Who knows.
