By the way, it showed up from by bank account 4 days ago. Would appreciate someone letting me know when this is resolved and I would also like my membership to start when this is resolved. Thank you Since you use yahoo mail, my first suggestion is to check your spam folder. You will probably find everything in it. Your account is showing as VIP so the process was completed which meant an email was generated to your account. Also, you should have access to the VIP area. I received a "ticket number" for the email I sent to VIP@dinarvets.com yesterday so i guess I just need to be a little more patient. I'm glad I am showing up as VIP. Thanks for fast response.
