Mahmoud Othman: Parliament could not replace Talabani, but a medical report from the German hospital

MP for the Kurdistan Alliance, Mahmoud Othman, on Monday, that the Iraqi parliament was unable to put forward an alternative to Mr. President Jalal Talabani, but the issuance of a medical report describing the president's condition and the extent to which health to perform Manmamh.

"The parliament can not replace the President of the Republic, but the existence of a medical report reveals its inability to continue in his duties while since Parliament is searching for alternative figure for this office. 

The yesterday said House Speaker Osama Najafi that "the family of the president apologized and rejected a request by five months ago almost to Talabani's visit and check on his health and learn things constitutional and legal for the position but the family apologized indicating that the President is undergoing treatment and can not see him."
