I don't know why everyone gets so upset with this. If you read carefully, it seems to me to be just maybe a poor choice in wording. Look at what is said to be the value of dinar v. dollar. ....dollar will be worth 1.17 dinars..... if you calculate the inverse, the dinar equals .86 dollars (86 cents). That seems very reasonable to me , and I'd be dancing in the streets if that happened. By the way, my "dancing" might not want to be viewed, as it would probably offend some and some might wonder if I was being tasered !!!

Give me 86 cents, and I'll leave the house !!!!!

No, a LOP just takes the current rate of 1,170, divides it by a thousand, and makes it 1.17. It does absolutely nothing to the value.
