The samba "Limao," the samba de Angola "Nas Ruas," the Bahian samba "Quero-quero," the swinging effect of the use of contrast between time signatures and melody in "Lobisomem," the instrumental fusion "Sete Coqueiros," and the samba "Agua de Lua" all deserved more attention, representing instigating and swinging tunes far above the average in pop music. Beautiful jazz solos in a pop setting, like in "Avô." Personnel: Djavan (vocals, violao, keyboards); Flávia Virgínia (vocals); Max Viana (viola); Marcelo Martins (flute, soprano saxophone, alto saxophone, tenor saxophone); Carlos Bala (drums); Joao Viana (bongos, background vocals). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Djavan
