Iranian government promised on Friday that Iraq would emerge from Chapter VII has "positive effects" on the Iraqi political situation regionally, and confirmed that the issuance of this decision evidence of the good performance of Iraqi officials at the level of the issues relating to the former regime with neighboring countries.

The aide said Iranian Foreign Minister for Arab Affairs and African Hussein Amir Abdul اللهيان, in an interview, told the Fars news and seen by (range Press), "The Islamic Republic of Iran expresses its satisfaction at the withdrawal of Iraq from Chapter VII and congratulates the Iraqi government and people on the issuance of this decision."

And Abdul اللهيان added that "this decision has positive effects on the political situation in Iraq and the regional repercussions," noting that "the decision evidence of the good performance of Iraqi officials at the level of the remaining issues since the time of the former regime and of neighboring countries."

The official said that the local "new Iraq was able to prove to the international community and neighboring countries, it is no longer a threat to international peace and security."

The UN Security Council voted, on Thursday, unanimously approved the decision to remove Iraq from Chapter VII, after more than two decades of sanctions imposed by the Council under this chapter after the invasion of Saddam Hussein's regime of Kuwait in August 1990, while Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, Iraq fulfill its obligations to the international community, counting resolution pivotal historical event in Iraq's relationship with the international community.

He described the Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, on Thursday, the withdrawal of Iraq from Chapter VII as "a step task to restore international stature," stressing that the international resolutions "has become one of the past," as pointed out that Iraq has become free of the restrictions imposed because of "Follies" the former regime, appealed for all countries in the region and the world to "extend the hand of friendship," and stressed that "Iraq can not be involved in the policy of axes and polarization."

The Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon called on Tuesday (the 18th of June 2013 present), an end to the sanctions imposed on Iraq since the invasion of Kuwait in 1990 under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations, noting in a report submitted to the UN Security Council, that the two governments Iraqi and Kuwaiti "أبدتا of seasoned and respected in removing the effects of that invasion."

The Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, called in (the 13 of June present), the United States and Britain, through their ambassadors in Baghdad, Robert Stephen Beckerovi, Simon Collis, to support Iraq out of Chapter VII, while confirming the pursuit of Baghdad to expand its consultations with the members of the Security Council International assistance and support Iraq in its endeavor.

And signed both Iraq and Kuwait, in (the 28th of May 2013), two memoranda of understanding concerning the arrangements for maintenance of the physical-border joint and finance the construction of a residential complex in Umm Qasr, where the side expressed Kuwait's readiness to help Iraq out of the provisions of Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced in (the 26th of May 2013), signed by Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari with Martin Kobler Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations and head of UNAMI in Iraq (the time), on the extradition agreement the amount of damages assessed by the Security Council in its resolution No. 899 for the year 1994 to compensate Iraqi farmers whose farms have been affected as a result of the demarcation of the border between Iraq and Kuwait during the period between 1991 - 1994 ", set out will be followed soon another step to build a modern residential city of Umm Qasr to accommodate Iraqi families affected by the same reason.

The UN Security Council issued a year (1993) Resolution No. (833) which provides for the demarcation of the border between Kuwait and Iraq, and the extended length (about 216 km), and the application of the decision in part by the former regime to the deduction of large swathes of Iraqi territory and annexed to land Kuwaiti territory included in the Safwan area and in Umm Qasr area since the mid-nineties became a whole within the limits of the State of Kuwait.

He objected to a lot of Iraqi officials after the fall of the former regime in 2003 to complete the procedures for the demarcation of the land border between the two countries in accordance with Resolution No. 833, considering that the decision imposed on Iraq under international pressure and in unusual circumstances. The area has seen the border between Iraq and Kuwait early March 2013, demonstrations carried out by residents of Umm Qasr in protest against the construction of the separation wall between the two countries, and threatened with exposure to Kuwaitis in the event of continuing built, also called on Congress Basra in the Iraqi parliament (12 March 2013), the Governments of Iraq and Kuwait and the United Nations to stop the new demarcation of the border procedures and rejected annexation of the oil wells in the region to the Kuwaiti sovereignty until reaching a solution satisfactory to both parties and reconsider the agreement signed by the previous regime with Kuwait.

He underwent Iraq since the year (1990) under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations, which imposed after the invasion of the regime of former President Saddam Hussein of Kuwait in August of the same year, and this item allows the use of force against Iraq as a threat to international security, in addition to large amounts of frozen its assets in the financial global banks to pay compensation to those affected by the invasion.
