Jesus didn't distinguish between greater and lesser sin. He insisted that all sin was the same, because sin ultimately derives from a failure of the spirit, not of the physical body. Ignoring the odd idea that God would give man free will then punish him for exercising it, the reality is that Jesus describes this physical world as fallen, and the New Testament in Revelation concludes it is unredeemable and will ultimately be destroyed.

 

My reading of the bible is that Jesus is much more aggrieved by alleged Christians who call people names and threaten them in the name of God then he is with misguided, lost sinners.

 

Romans 3:20-26 (KJV)

 

²⁰ Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

²¹ But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;

²² Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:

²³ For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

²⁴ Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

²⁵ Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

²⁶ To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

You are 110% correct sir. I wasn't saying there was any degree of sin,

 

only that there are differences in the consequences of sin. Albeit in the 

 

end all sin leads to death. I know from personal experience that certain 

 

sins will bring sever and quick consequences, while others not so much.

True to an extent SGT, If I may,  parents are the biggest foundation/ support system children can have, but with all the exposure are media gives to ("Entertainment") these things, it's a huge obstacle. Kids see this on TV (50 frames a second compared to us and are parents 8 to 16 frames a second) and think it must be okay because their heros (sports, actresses, politicians etc) do this (excusing sin, not owning up to sin). They also "control" the education (no home schooling - the basis for home schooling is to "shew" are kids the commandments (Law) to prepare them to go to school, at ages 5 to 6 yrs old kids are still learning, and are not ready for school (Which was meant for kids to learn a trade), let alone, to combat the outside world. The Democracy controls what are kids (Read, hear, see, eat etc) are exposed too, no longer the parents, and it's made tougher by a Democracy that Taxes the do-do out of us (Income taxes for example, are a form of Direct taxes, UN-Lawful according to the Republic) leaving support systems (family both immediate and extended) with little, to no money left to help/ support their kids both immediate and extended (all by design of the Democracy) . Some mentioned taxes--- Under the Republic (Law) Direct taxes are illegal like income taxes, In-direct taxes such as Excise, duties and import taxes to run/fund the Govt are (Law) . . . . . . . Yahshu'a asked Simon "To whom do Kings and Rulers collect their taxes from, their own sons or others ?. Simon answered "others". Yahshu'a replied Then the sons are exempt.....(Birth Certs and SSN TAX are SONS and OUR SONS SONS). . . . . .
