Text of EU Sanctions Amendment

The amendment to the EU sanctions became effective today and is contained in document 85/2013. I will post a link below and encourage the folks her to analyze it as I am not a financial person.

I tried both links Blueskies and neither seem to work. First link says page does not exist. ( sounds like what Butifldrm was talking about )

So sorry, I am new here and my linking skills clearly need work. But, if you google "EU 85/2013" it will come right up and is the second entry down.

I just tried it and pulled it right up again.
