remained stable this quarter, with the offcial exchange rate holding at 1,166 per U.S. dollar since

it was revalued by a token amount of 4 dinars in

January 2012. h e unoi cial market rate for the

dinar also moved closer to the official rate"

I found the SIGIR report to be very encouraging and positive. Much better than the Iraqi crisis headlines.
