i don't think people want to attack Iraq, I would think seeing how much wealth and potential they have that other countries will be kissing up trying to get in on it. I think this is just a play by Malaki to get out of ch. 7.

It may be a play, or it could be a legitimate response to the Kurdish fear that Iraq will attack them. The Kurds are still under the illusion that Iraq cannot be trusted. I thought it was a good move on Maliki's part to make these statements. Let's hope peace reigns.
