thats the normal rate .... 100 IQD = 0.0543 GBP when i opened your link

When I checked this morning at 0830 the IQD per million=5.967.67 at a rate of 0.0060 the graph was showing the same. However, the graph as been changed again when I checked at 12.56 it was showing the rate of 2350.8917 GBP per million. Check the graph for the USD/GBP also for the 18/02/2012 Press max and then 30days on the graph..
