Because of the increasing growth in population of the country experiencing a crisis in housing and that was on the list of demands, which came out with local residents during demonstrations in several cities last year. The head of the Investment Authority, Sami al-Araji, on the sidelines of the visit by Iraq to Kuwait, "allocated $ 100 billion for construction and development work." And recovering the oil sector in Iraq slowly after years of international isolation, sanctions and violence, and al-Araji, said that his country hopes to increase oil production from 3 to 6 million barrels per day by 2014. Analysts say the increase in oil production will contribute to reviving the economy through imports at a time when Iraq depends on oil by more than 95 percent. Araji said that "there are a number of important investment opportunities available to investors in the fields of oil, gas, electricity, agriculture, housing, health, transport and tourism." He pointed out that "the State is seeking to build 3 million housing units over the next ten years, as well as attract 15 million tourists in 2019, and the allocation of $ 40 billion to build 34 hospitals and 1,200 health center, in addition to the development of universities and colleges," pointing out that "has been signed 30 agreement with many Western countries to build 6 investment zones. " He called on al-Araji, "Kuwaiti businessmen to contribute to those opportunities," which he described as "good and remunerative, which ranges between 15% and 20%." Plus I would like to visit all the Iraqi friendly's I worked with to see how they are. Hoist a tall cool Coca Cola to all.
