Yes I got the same E-mail about the rate could not access it got a 404 error, page not found.I get this type of message quite a bit along with the same error

Great information in item # 3 about Log on, unfortunately unless you can get on you will never see this, as was my issue once things changed. I could not get on for over a week and eventually tried something other than my screen name; then I was able to get into the site. I sent several messages ( I included my E-mail too) through the contact us section at the bottom of the page but no response. Maybe a mass e-mail telling the users of the change and explaining it as you did today (3/3016) in the chat. I know this could have saved me a week and I feel certain that it will save others some time. Very frustrating not being able to get in and nor fully understanding why and not being able to reach anyone at the site.
