  1. I checked FOREX as well, 1 KWD = 3.5842 USD. She did not know why it went from 3.60 to 3.90, but it was on their daily exchange rate sheet, and if I wanted to exchange USD for KWD the rate would have been 3.90.
  2. For what it's worth. Today, I purchased a few more IQD and the folks at the Goldmans currency exchange in Jensen Beach, fl told me that the exchange rate for the KWD did adjust from 3.60 to 3.90.
  3. If one of the goals of the RV is to get the large demons out of circulation, I would tend to believe the initial rate would need be more than 1USD. Possible tied to the GBP (1.56 USD). Just a thought!
  4. I took this as a good thing. Since 5/3 bank told me on the same day that they are still buying back the Dinar and the Dong, but not selling.
  5. I believe the assistant manager mentioned that it was the company that they deal with that was not going to buy them back.
  6. Seacoast National Bank (Palm City, Florida). They stopped selling them months ago, but always maintained that they can buy all that I had back. Untill last Friday.
  7. I went to my local bank to check on the procedures for the exchanging of dinars when the time comes, and I was told that as of Friday 9/30 they are no longer allowed to exchange the Iraqi dinar or the Viet. dong. For months they have been telling me that they can buy them back, but on Friday morning they received a memo informing all branches that they can no longer do this.
