It is my understanding that Dinar dealers have to sell the Dinars they aquire through business because it is again'st their statutes for RVing and cashing those particular Dinars in and using them personally. Someone I would imagine are close enough friends with some of these dealers to get straight up information from them. It is also my understanding that DeLaRue combined with IMF went through great lengths to create new currency for Iraq, as with a few other countries, to insure no counterfeiting. Anything made can be unmade but IMF has access to some technologies that not many has even heard of.

I have been in several Portland Oregon banks ie.,Wells, Chase, Boa and US Bank and all said they didn't have them. BoA and Wells have said they aren't even taking Dinars and now I got a call that Chase wasn't either from an assistant Mgr friend of mine.
