  1. If the intent is to increase the value of the Dinar, dosen't it seem counterproductive to print another 30T dinar of the new currency? Maybe this is more smoke and mirrors.
  2. I believe there is a strong possiblity that the smaller denom's have been in place since day one. I very seldom post, I have held dinar since 2008. Often read and try to digest what is going on. I would like your opinion on an item that has been bugging me for a long time, http://www.nytimes.c...n/27taylor.html This article identifies 27- 747 plane loads of new Dinar (reportedly valued at 28T). This is old news on this site. However no one has ever delved into what this really meant. Using 25K dinar notes: measurments ~ 3.125 inch wide x 7.0 inch long x 1 inch thick = 6 Million Iraq Dinar. a 4 ft x 4 ft x 4 ft pallet of 25K dinar notes would be 64.8 Billion/pallet. This takes up a volume of 64 ft. cubed. Each of those 747's has 605 cubic meters or 21,365 cubic feet of cargo space. Using just 50% of the cargo capacity, each 747 would hold 10.8 Trillion Dinar, 25K notes ( becauce of density, weight would not be the limiting factor, however volume/space would be). A 747 loaded to 50% capacity of 10K dinar notes would be hauling ~ 4.3 Trillion dinar /plane. My point here is: There could be/seems to be, a whole lot of smaller denomination Dinar already printed in Iraqs' possession, or we flew a lot of empty planes there. If this is in case the fact, the buy back of the large denominations may be easier than most people are speculating. It was necessary to release the large Denom. in order to conduct business in the last few years. One could play games with how much of what denom's are in circulation. However, if they have 90B USD in reserves they may in fact be able to buy back most of the 25K and 10K notes depending on what % of the overall 27 plane loads were those sized denominations. 4. I do have a question for you. I have my home mortgage with BOA,. Post RV, will BOA accept my Dinar notes as payment on my mortgage balance?? With out first converting to hard US cash? Thanks in advance for your reply.
  5. I would question the validity of some of your numbers. Proven reserves are 143 Billion Barrels, (The GOI says they have 350 Billion barrels). @ $100/Bbl =$14.3T USD or $35T USD depending on who's reserve # you want to use. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oil_reserves_in_Iraq
  6. Steve, praying for success in your surgery. Ask your Doc. if he knows anything about this process/procedure? The video is interesting and informative. http://www.physorg.com/news/2011-02-skin-cell-gun-drastically.html
  7. I have been reading the DV forum since Nov 2010. I am hoping for a positive return for all investors,Myself included. I have smiled and frowned at different posts. However, I have never felt compelled enough to respond to any particular post. You have succesfully enticed me to repond. I like all of your analysis and logic. It holds up well, except to the point of "the 750 billion barrels of oil at $32" to back the trillions of dinar used in your example. All of the latest estimates of total oil reserves in Iraq are at 173 billion barrels. http://www.nasdaq.com/aspx/stock-market-news-story.aspx?storyid=201104060734dowjonesdjonline000361&title=iraq-deputy-pm-total-iraqi-oil-reserves-now-around-173-billion-bbl
