this does line up with that article from the other day that the deputy of cbi saleh said there would be a 50,000 note but it would be denominated 50 and worth 43 and change usd. it also worked out to .86 -

Just a thought, if the exchange rate had already changed in Iraq don't you think we would no longer be able to purchase from Dinar Banker, etc...just saying...any thoughts?? -
today is the second time in one week that the canadian exchange rate is dotted out at cbi website. can anyone explain this?
