  1. Rv news-6-15-2011 6:38:25 PM AQ: This was posted on The Coop just a little while ago. Hi Coopsters. I have great Intel to share with everyone. But before I give you the info let me give you the background of how this came about. My brother and I own a patent and have been in the process of trying to secure funding for a start up company. We were working through some local people to secure a SBL through BoA. The way the funding is approved, is that the Bank reviews your companies business plan, and if they think you have what it takes to be successful, they will give you the funding that you are requesting if you can first come up with the seed money. In our case the seed money was 20% of U$15 million, or U$3 million. We have been unable to secure the seed funding up to this time and have always said that when the Dinar RV’d, we would go ahead with our business plans. Well just yesterday, my brother gets a call from the guys who were helping us try to secure funding through BoA. They are working on another project with a group of investors who want to start a Chicken Farm when I write this I laugh at the irony of me posting this in this forum. The total amount that was being asked for was U$115 million to purchase the land and build all of the necessary buildings. They had to come up with seed money totaling U$23 million and were in the same situation as my brother and I. They were working with Chase and told the funding manager two weeks ago that they had Dinar they could exchange for the seed money when the RV happens. The manager called them yesterday and told them to come into the office today to complete the transaction, as the Dinar would be RV’d. When I heard this, I thought my brother was pranking me, but he said no, this was on the up and up. Well today things got even better. My brother gets a call from the funding team this morning and they said that the Chicken Farmer investors were meeting with the Chase Funding Mgr and were in the process of exchanging their Dinar for USD today. The rate that they were getting was U$5.25. All funds were being transferred today for the start up to proceed. I know that when I hear these rumors, I always think of great, another rumor that never pans out. The only problem with this one, it came from business partners who work directly with high up contacts in both BoA and Chase. Guys, we must be on the very precipice of this thing popping. I am with CH, I think we are going to be RICH! Indy
  2. sort of. when it comes to dinar info, i have no intel, no secret sources, no high up connections, etc. like some of our famous gurus do.
  3. BWO Addresses IMF Post from Last Night IMF: CBI Country Report June 15th, 2011 Good morning! Just thought I’d comment on the IMF report, “Financial Sector”, which was posted on DDT, late last night. Link to Post Referred To It was a good find. My complements to whoever found and posted it. While I hope the report IS referring to an RV of the IQD by June 30th, the report actually reads “revalue the remaining foreign currency denominated balance sheets items…” as an Iraqi banking sector action to be completed by June 30. When taken in the context of what’s being addressed in this section of the report, this could mean (and – to my way of thinking – probably does) mean, simply what it states, i.e. a write-down of bad debt of loans made in foreign currencies, which are still showing on the Radidain and Rasheed balance sheets. If that’s correct, the language doesn’t mean an RV of the Iraqi currency. Banks write down and write off bad debt, periodically, as housecleaning measures. Take in point the USA’s own action in that regard (and, due its sheer scale, the self-serving nonsense on the part of US banking execs and its terrible consequences for the economies of the world). Fortunately, the housecleaning in Iraq’s banking sector won’t likely be to this scale. In any case, the way I read the IMF’s reports; this section references a revaluation of bad debt held on the balance sheets at the Rafidain and Rasheed banks. Don’t get me wrong, I’m hoping that the IMF is obtusely suggesting this action on the part of the two banks means an overall RV of the IQD by June 30th. That’s just not the way I read this report. IMO, we need to remove our filters, when we see reports like this, and take them for exactly what they say. We have way too much rate/date noise in the “system”, already. To use something like this to back up our rate/date projections isn’t helpful to anyone. If it will happen by June 30, we’ll know soon enough, anyway. The only thing I notice in this piece, which might indirectly reference the RV of the IQD by June 30 is the stated purpose of the action to be performed by the CBI with the help of Ernst & Young. Namely, “deal with all legacy external liabilites taking into account the government’s actions int he context of Iraq’s external debt restructuring.” Now, that sounds like an action on the part of the CBI to quantify exposure of the DFI to legal actions from foreign parties. If that’s what it means, the clock is ticking for them. Unless there’s something I’ve missed, that protection goes away on June 30 in the absence of Iraq’s exit from Chapter 7 and thier actions – whatever that might be – to protect these funds. I’ll defer to others on this one, like you, Breitling, and others, who likely understand the significance of Iraq’s exit from Chapter 7 (if that’s the connection) and its significance to the protection the DFI funds, post June 30. Further, I’ve never seen a convincing argument regarding the requirement for an RV, before exit from Chapter 7 will be approved by the UN. Admittedly, I’m no expert on this, but have spent a bit of time trying to understand “next steps”. My thoughts… BlueWingedOlive
  4. No nursing home for us. We'll be checking into a Holiday Inn! With the average cost for a nursing home care costing $188.00 per day, there is a better way when we get old and too feeble. I've already checked on reservations at the Holiday Inn. For a combined long term stay discount and senior discount, it's $59.23 per night. Breakfast is included, and some have happy hours in the afternoon. That leaves $128.77 a day for lunch and dinner in any restaurant we want, or room service, laundry, gratuities and special TV movies. Plus, they provide a spa, swimming pool, a workout room, a lounge and washer-dryer, etc. Most have free toothpaste and razors, and all have free shampoo and soap. $5 worth of tips a day you'll have the entire staff scrambling to help you. They treat you like a customer, not a patient. There's a city bus stop out front, and seniors ride free. The handicap bus will also pick you up (if you fake a decent limp). To meet other nice people, call a church bus on Sundays. For a change of scenery, take the airport shuttle bus and eat at one of the nice restaurants there. While you're at the airport, fly somewhere. Otherwise, the cash keeps building up. It takes months to get into decent nursing homes. Holiday Inn will take your reservation today. And you're not stuck in one place forever -- you can move from Inn to Inn, or even from city to city. Want to see Hawaii? They have Holiday Inn there too. TV broken? Light bulbs need changing? Need a mattress replaced? No problem.. They fix everything, and apologize for the inconvenience. The Inn has a night security person and daily room service. The maid checks to see if you are ok. If not, they'll call an ambulance . . . or the undertaker. If you fall and break a hip, Medicare will pay for the hip, and Holiday Inn will upgrade you to a suite for the rest of your life. And no worries about visits from family. They will always be glad to find you, and probably check in for a few days mini-vacation. The grandkids can use the pool. What more could I ask for? So, when I reach that golden age, I'll face it with a grin.

  13. Jorok529: PTR June 13th, 2011 Hello! Quick update all sanctions have been removed from Iraq, now, as of June 1 they have entered the responsibilities of Chapter 8–their currency is internationally recognizable now just waiting on removal of programmed rate and application of new rate. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday THIS week are target dates of high probability based on off pattern non-activity of the Central Bank of Iraq. Last night on CNN ticker tape stated all sanctions removed. Early this am on Fox ticker tape stated world currencies to be revalued on Tuesday. We wait!

  18. Email i received from my father: Reading a book about the Secret Service where they reveal an awful lot about the presidents and Vice Presidents...very interesting..recap thus far: JFK and LBJ = Philanderers of the highest order.both kept a lot of women in White House for affairs. Both set up "early warning" systems for if and when their wives were nearby. Total immoral men. In addition, LBJ was as crude as the day is long. Nixon = Weird, moral man but very odd and weird. Paranoid etc. horrible relationship with his family, almost a recluse. Agnew = nice, decent man, everyone was surprised at his downfall. Ford = A true gentlemen who treated them with respect and dignity Jimmy Carter = A complete phony who would portray one picture of himself to public and very different in private. I.E. Would be shown carrying his own luggage, suit cases were always empty, he kept empty ones just for photo ops. Wanted the people to see him as pious and a non drinker, he and family drank alcohol a lot. Had disdain for the Secret Service, and was very irresponsible with the "football" nuclear codes. Didn't think it was a big deal and would keep military aides at a great distance. Would never acknowledge military or Secret service they were there to serve him. Ronald Reagan = The real deal. Moral, Honest, respectful and dignified. Treated Secret Service and everyone else with respect and honor. Would always thank everyone all the time. He took the time to know everyone on a personal level. One story was early on in Presidency the President came out of his room with a side arm attached to his hip. The Agent in charge said "Why the pistol Mr. President." Ronald Reagan replied, "In case you boys can't get the job done, I can help." It was common for him to carry a pistol. People do not know that when he met with Gorbachev, he had a pistol in his briefcase. Upon learning that Gary Hart was caught with Donna Rice during the election Ronald Reagan said, "Boys will be boys, but boys will not be President" Nancy Reagan = Very nice but very protective of the President..the Secret Service was always caught in the middle. Nancy would try to control what the President ate all the time (healthy) and he would say to the Agents "come on you gotta help me out." The Reagans rarely drank alcohol. Secret Service said they could count on one hand the times the Reagans were served alcohol other than wine during dinner. They made the comment for all the fake bluster of the Carters it was the Reagans who lived life as genuinely moral people. George and Barbara Bush = Extremely kind and considerate. Always respectful. Took great care in making sure the agents comforts were taken care of. They would bring them meals etc. One time Barbara Bush brought warm clothes to agents standing outside a kennebunkport . One agent who was given a warm hat tried to nicely say no thanks when he was obviously freezing and President Bush said "Son, don't argue with the first lady, put the hat on." Bill Clinton = Presidency was one giant party. Not trustworthy, he was nice because he wanted everyone to like him but life is just one big game and party to him Hillarious Clinton = Another phony. Personality would change the instant cameras were near. She hated with open disdain the military and Secret Service. Again another one who felt people are there to serve her. She was always trying to keep tabs on Bill Clinton .. Al Gore = An egotistical ass who was once overheard by his Secret Service detail when he told his son he needed to do better in school or he "would end up like these guys" and pointed to the agents. G W Bush = They loved him and Laura Bush. They said no one is a nicer person than Laura Bush who never has a harsh word to say about anyone. The Bush's went out of their way to take care of the Secret Service and made sure they were well cared for with meals and other comforts. GW was the most prompt of the Presidents. He ran like a well oiled machine. He was also the most in shape who had a very strict work out regimen. The Bush's made sure their entire administration understood to respect and be considerate of the Secret Service. Karl Rove was the one who was the most caring of the Secret Service in the administration Barack Obama - Clintons over again - hates the military and looks down on the Secret Service. Michele another Al Gore - An egotistical ass.

  22. Searzy Pd 13 6 2011 Update from Searzy at PD from just a few moments ago Hello everyone. I was fortunate to be able to have a short phone call to get an update, and it is as follows. This whole delay has been from Maliki delaying, implementing the Erbil Agreement and losing two thirds of his power. He did finally sign off on implementing the Erbil Friday, and the RV was signed off on and ready to go for a Sunday Monday RV. The only process that needed to happen was that when parliament came back yesterday, they needed to announce the Strategic council, which gives the new position of Alawi, above both Talabani and Maliki. The fight that happened between blocs stopped the session for Sunday, and they did not have a session today. They come in session, tomorrow
  23. recycled posts coming back around. i'm not suprised. so much BS out there it's hard to know what's new...
