I could only pick up a few key words and phrases because my arabic is sketchy at best. Maliki is saying something about the need to make sure that the 2011 budget includes monies in order to open a Hair Club For Men in Iraq. He then says something about a "bad comb over" and then something about the new weight watchers point system and how it's ashame that Kirstie Alley put all the weight back on. The second guy comes in and agrees with Maliki and adds that with his lack of hair it makes his forehead look more like a fivehead. Then alludes to the fact that Maliki's wife has very large feet and I believe abnormally long arms. I can't say ver batum that is what they are saying, but I believe it to be close. I hope this helps.

I think Biden is going to lay it on the line with Malii and let him know that the agreed upon timelines are not being followed and if he continues to not play nice with others, he will take a time out.

It was my understanding that the budget could not be read three times and passed until the GOI was fully formed with all permanant posts assigned. No? Yes? maybe?
