The "flaw" is that no real money was exchanged. The $100 bill was "credit only," which made its circulation around the town, only to be returned to the tourist and removed from the town. The town, although non-existent on the map, actually represents every city and town in the United States. So, who's the tourist? The government ruling the United States. That's what we believe.
