Does anyone know if CBI used to show an exchange rate for the Japanese Yen before midnight Tokyo time or has it always been blanked out?

This would pose an excellent topic . Lets say you only cash in a couple of notes if like myself have owned my investment less than a year .. 1st year I pay the short term capital gains tax of the tax bracket I am in .. but wait till next year to cash in the balance .. the rest of my investment is now considered long term capital gains and that would be the 15% at current or 20% for 2011 if the Tax Reconciliation Act does not get extended.

OK not a mathematician or an economist but I can use a calculator. If you take the current .00085 and multiply by 10,000% you come up with 8.5 .. never mind must have hit something wrong lol

Maybe I did not post my reply so that everyone could understand. This is old news. Pastor Tommy only posted a new article he had found. I thank you for that. I did not see any bashing. My point of the being OLD NEWS was that the meeting took place on Nov 8th and the Iraqiya walkout was on Nov 13th. Allawi submitted his apologies for the misunderstanding of the talks on Nov15th. I thought we were past all the disagreements discussions as terms have been satisfied. The only one we should be bashing is the news agency that allowed this type old news. It is up to us to take each report we hear and form an opinion as to the credibility of the reporter. Pastor Tommy brought something to the table we can mull over and decide weather or not it weighs credibility to current events. I wish everyone would accept the good reports with the bad.

The actual article is posted today in that news publishing however this is old news. The date in the article is November 8th and referring to things that took place around the same time line. The GOI is past this misunderstanding and if you read other post is ready to move on.

You must take these types of reports with a grain of salt.. Page 14 2012 estimate show oil production way lower than what is trying to be accomplished. Also see page 15 2012 estimate for oil revenues ... not much change ... looks very stable for the creditors though ...

Yeah maybe just a rumor.. but how many of us pulled out the calculator and did the math anyways ...

It can also be accessed VIA the Central Bank of Iraq's web site under news and announcements then the latest country report.

I would think if they can vote a President in without the full cabinet and the Iraqiya list (because they walked out) in place they should be able to pass the budget.
