As I understand it, I turn in a 25,000 Dinar bill and I get 25,000 1 Dinar bills back. We in the US have $10,000 bills but you don't see them! The Gov has been collecting them for years and destroying them or keeping them in the CB. If you had one, then you could turn it into the bank and they would credit your account $10,000 or in the currency denoms that is available to us. The $10,000 bill is a very high risk to theft. Again this is as I understand it!
