  5. A friend asked me a question that I did not know the answer. his mother is over the age of 65. he wanted to know if he gave her his dinars to trade in, would she get a tax break that he would not get because of her age. I know the elderly do get tax breaks such as additional homestead exemptions. I don't think their tax bracket is any different than anyone else. But i am not sure. If anyone knows the answer I would appreciate it. Thanks
  6. I agree and hopefully Adam will be able to participate.

  10. Hopefully the Dems are not that dumb. If the Senate does not vote with the house they wont have a job in 2012. If the Dems dont believe now that Obama is a one term Pres. they will join him on the unemployment line in 2012. This Dem. turned Rep. will not vote for Obama in 2012
  11. Al Maliki warns of some parties disagreement Friday, October 29, 2010 10:40 GMT Iraqi outgoing Prime Minister Nuri Al Maliki revealed in a special interview with Alsumaria that Al Iraqiya List is not claiming Premiership; instead the party is calling for reforms in certain Iraqi institutions. Premiership has been decided in favor of the national alliance, Al Maliki pointed out. Al Maliki warned that the disagreement of some political parties to join the new government will lead to the formation of a political majority government. Iraqi Prime Minister asserted that the present government enjoys full authorities until a new government is formed, he said. The government lacks a number of authorities that await ratification by Parliament, Al Maliki added. The number of voters for the national alliance candidate stresses on the alliance’s solid stand to form the government.
