  1. I am not saying that anything is wrong, or blaming the US. I am saying we still have control over Iraqi and they are our puppets. Lets take a trip back in history> Does anyone remember October of 1973? That is when Arab nations conspired to reduce their oil production below the previous norm and attempted to embargo nations that favored Israel, principally the Untied States. Price of Oil quadrupled to twelve dollars a barrel and cars form long, winding lines at gas stations. That is when we the US, President Jimmy Carter in 1980 address announced: Let our position be absolutely clear: An attempt by any outside force to gain control of the Persian Gulf region will be regarded as an assault on the vital interests of the United States of America, and such an assault will be repelled by any means necessary including military force. This became known as the Carter Doctrine, that Doctrine was implemented in 1990 when Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait. See it is all about the OIL and will always be about the OIL. We will always have some control over Iraqi because the have a vital interests of the United States of America (OIL) Thanks Dumbnar
  2. Nope, he doesn't have to resign. To ways for him to step down, USA removes him (ask for resignation) or Assassination. This my thoughts!
  3. If the dinar RV's do you really think that this is going to change, nope. They have been fighting for thousands of years and will for another thousand. Sad but true.
  4. Remember this Malliki will remain in power until the USA wants him gone!!!!
  5. That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard!!!!! Maybe S has been the hold up and Maliki will just RV this thing if he has control over the CBI. MED for years has been making dumb statments that is almost OKIE like. Dumbnar

  7. 09/05/2011 13:51 Erbil, May 9 (AKnews) – A delegation of US Congressmen has urged Kurdistan Region President, Massoud Barzani, to launch a new initiative to help resolve issues facing the political process in the country. Iraqi politicians are locked in disputes over key ministerial slots that have remained unfilled since the new cabinet headed by Nuri al-Maliki was sworn in at the end of 2010. The disputes are between the two rival blocs in the Iraqi parliament, al-Iraqiya led by former interim Prime Minister Ayad Allawi, and the State of Law Coalition (SLC) led by PM Nouri al-Maliki over the key Ministerial portfolios of Interior, Defense, and National Security, in addition to the Chief of the Iraqi Intelligence Agency post. The US Congress delegation, which comprised of Senator John McCain and Senator Lindsey Graham, visited Barzani and “tackled recent developments in the Iraqi political process,” the regional presidential website reported. “The senators hoped that Barzani would launch a new initiative to solve the current deadlock facing Iraqi politics,” the report reads. In October 2010, Barzani launched an initiative, the Erbil agreement, by which all Iraqi political leaders agreed to form a national-partnership government thus bringing to an end an 8-month impasse over the new government formation. However, the Iraqiya blocs have repeatedly accused Maliki of not abiding to the terms of the Erbil agreement. Under the Erbil agreement, the political leaders agreed to strike a power-sharing deal whereby Maliki and Iraqi President Jalal Talabani – a Kurd – would keep their jobs for a second term, and Ayad Allawi, who secured a narrow majority of votes in the elections, would head a new executive body called the National Council for Strategic Policies (NCSP) as an attempt to maintain balance. Maliki’s list overcame Allawi’s list only after forming a parliamentary coalition bloc, the National Coalition (NC), with the Sadrist Current following the elections. With the NCSP not yet formed, five months after the Erbil accord was signed, Iraqiya leaders have threatened to withdraw from the partnership government and accused Maliki of monopolizing power and failing to implement all terms of the Erbil agreements, the details of which have never been completely disclosed. According the website, Barzani has promised “to exert his efforts to converge the views of the political blocs to come up with a solution” Meanwhile a Kurdish deputy in the Iraqi parliament has blamed the ongoing disputes over the security ministries for the recent escalation of violence witnessed in many of the Iraqi provinces. Saeed Khoshnaw said those parties responsible for delaying the allocation of the security posts should be held accountable for the blood shed of the Iraqi people at the hands of insurgents. “Dozens of people get killed every day by violent acts whose bloodshed must be blamed on those who impede the resolution of those positions,” he said. Khoshnaw called on the Iraqi parliament to refrain from “standing idlly by” regarding the “security gap” in the country, and to hold to account those who “prioritize their personal or their relevant parties’ interests above the interests of the public”. The Kurdistan Blocs Coalition (KBC) has repeatedly expressed its commitment to political consensus over the issue of the security ministry candidates. KBC deputy Muhsin al-Sadoun told AKnews on Monday that the political blocs are bound to the principle of consistency with regard to security ministries under the slogan of national partnership government. "The agreement states that the NC nominates an independent candidate for the Interior Ministry while the Iraqiya list nominates its candidate for the Defense Ministry," he said. "The NC and al-Iraqiya must resolve quickly the outstanding problems regarding the naming of candidates for the security posts… Delaying the vote for the candidates of the security ministries is sparking criticism of the government and parliament on the Iraqi streets." 8. Well I hope he is dead, but with out Pictures or the Body I don't buy it, plus that group in DC is not to trust worth IMO. In the past of others that were on the blow of the face of the earth list, the US has showed the body (that is in white cloth and at sea 3 hours after shot?) or has pictures, but pictures can be changed, so IMO not as reliable. The proof that has been provided is as good OKIE intel. Hope he is dead, but prove it As far as we know he could be clean shaved and DC as a Czar for our Goverment. Thanks Dumbnar
  9. As I agree with all of you Maliki needs to go but he is a puppet, the US is still pulling the strings and until we cut the strings he is not going anywhere. It is all about the OIL. Remember the Carter Doctrine? The Carter Doctrine basiclly says that the United States would use military force if necessary to defend its "national interests" in the Persian Gulf region. What is our national interests the OIL. IMO until the US has everything the way the US wants it, you want see Maliki gone or a RV. Just my Thanks Dumbnar
  10. Good Question, I have been in the investment for along time, nobody seems to have that answer, i have heard the less than 1% in the US invested in IQD, with the population of the USA 308mil that could be as high as 3 million people, so who really knows. Thanks Dumbnar
  11. IMO>>> The GOI is seated, how can you have a budget voted on, if you do not have the GOI? Follow me, they have like 2-3 ministry seats to fill, but by not filling those seats they can say the GOI is not seated. They are getting everything done budget passed, RV, (passed thru the GOI) everything they need to take that big step forward into the world as a new country and the new face of the ME. So when they seat those 2-3 seats they are announcing everything at once. This is just my though Thanks Dumbnar
  12. No need to go to the GCC meeting or call the WTO back until they RV. To join the GCC or WTO they need a trade-able currency. Like join the NRA and not owning a gun, doesn't make sense. Thanks Dumbnar
  13. [quote . Than the bad stuff, I asked if he had any and he said that he doesn't have any because Iraq could change the currency at anytime and probably will. The mixed feelings comes here I believe that in the IMF Docs, it says that they have to use the current dinar until 2015, I will reread and locate that part, so I can post it. Thanks Dumbnar
  14. They also forgot to report that it cost 5 times as much to process than Middle East oil, because it is what they call shale oil. the US is working on a better why to process for a lower cost. Thanks Dumbnar
  15. Has been that way for the last month. Thanks Dumbnar
  16. IMO>>>>>>>>>>What he is saying is that the dates showed are the UN dates for currency, Lets say if Iraq RV'ed on Feb 2nd, then the first time the rate would be available would be 11 Feb 2011, if applicable - Publish Date = Public is Informed of a change 15 Feb 2011 - Effective Date = Banks to be ready to exchange If it RV'ed on the 16 then it would not be available until the next set of UN dates. Basically this goes back to the currencies can only be added, changed in value on the Middle and the end/first of the month. Thanks Dumbnar
  17. Erbil, Jan.28 (AKnews) – The deputy head of the committee for implementing article 140 described some Iraqi sides and the neighboring countries’ interference “the greatest obstacle for article’s enforcement”. A Kurdish lawmaker said Kurds plan to resolve the issue through the Iraqi parliament. The article is to settle the disputed tenure of the multiethnic areas between the Kurdish and Baghdad governments, including the oil rich Kirkuk province. The article had to be fully implemented by end of 2007; however, Iraqis are lagging behind even the article’s first stage requirements. While some Iraqi sides stress the article is outdated, the Kurdish part insists on its enforcement. Narmin Othman, the deputy head of the committee for article 140 told AKnews the committee had requested 700,000,000,000 Iraqi Dinars (IQD) to be allocated for reimbursing the displaced aboriginals returning to their disputed areas. However, only 2billion IQD has been proposed for this purpose. The Kurdish official believed this is an “intentional stride to delay the execution of the article.” The Iraqi general budget bill is currently in parliament for ratification. Under the first stage of article 140, the people who were displaced during Arabization process (under Saddam Hussein’s rule) should be resettled in their original areas and get reimbursed by the government. The following two steps are conducting a population census and a referendum to determine the destiny of the areas. Some families have not even returned and there are plenty in line for receiving the fund. The general population survey has been so far postponed several times, and it is not clear when it will be held. The outsider powers and some Iraqi sides are the greatest support for delaying the article’s implementation, Othman said, accusing Turkey to “exercise a special role in this respect.” She urged the Kurdish lawmakers to push the Iraqi parliament to cut the influence. As she expected the article will not come to the final stage by the government in less than two years, due to “political agendas and strong opposition from some Iraqi sides.” Ala Talabani, a Kurdish lawmaker to the Iraqi parliament said the Kurdish deputies will propose to parliament to increase the reimburse fund for the returning displaced people. She added the Iraqi President, Jalal Talabani has proposed a bill to settle the issue of the disputes areas and the Kurdish factions hope to resolve the issue through that bill. However, parliament has not received the bill yet. The Kurdish lawmaker did not allude to the content of the bill. Reported by Hevidar Ahmed Lh/AKnews Link http://www.aknews.com/en/aknews/4/214014/
  18. Kevin Trudeau Who? I want my time back, he is clueless,I thinks he did his research on the INTERNET, If he would have done some research he would not be putting out wrong info "like people who bought dinar in 2004 has already lost money" 2004 1 mil IQD was 500 to 600USD, not 1500 like he said, also he would have found out that you can buy from banks, not just internet sites. I guess thats why he is on YouTube. Thanks Dumbnar
  19. Saudi Arabia is like china, they set their own value. If the Royal family wants more money they raise the value. Thanks Dumbnar
  20. Great post, I think you are on the money!!!! Go RV
  21. Here is the problem, as I believe that these guys do have good contacts, they are only 10% right about what is put out, if that. I have contacts don't post any of what they say because, what I get is only 10 to 1% right. The problem is that the inner circle is not talking, and most of these guys are getting info from people that are high up, but are still not in the inner circle. So it is wise to only read and use your on own intellectual discipline about the Intel. As I have said before nobody and I mean nobody is going to have the date and rate. Adam has been wrong, as well as all the others. So maybe we lay off of bashing everyone, taking what they say for granted and make your own mind up about what is said. I have been invested for 7 years, stay grounded, form your own thoughts based on the facts(things that you can prove) and keep praying. Thanks Dumbnar
  22. Did the IQD RV? Lots of great intel!!!
  23. Correct, basically when Saddam invaded the rate was put on hold, world wide, and after he was ran out, they put their currency back on the exchange, what happen was Some Kuwaitis sold their dinar for way below the exchange rate as they thought their money would be worthless after the central bank was robbed. It wasn't and never was. No RV took place, just some lucky buyers and some foolish Kuwaitis. Street value for KWD was .10. The ME was able tho exchange the KWD in 24 hours before, the rest of the world. Other small ME country's put their currency on hold in fear of invasion from Saddam at the same time. Thanks Dumbnar
  24. As you can not find alot of info out their about the Kuwait RI, I do beleive that when it happen it was under the radar, as well as the IQD will be to most of the world. The average person not invested in this will never even know what is going on. Now after cashing the news might show some new wealthy people runnig naked thru the streets. IMO>>>> New media will be low on this. Also beleive that for the Kuwait RI the countrys in the ME had 24 hours to cash in before the rest of the world.>>>>From my intel over the last several days, we have heard that the ME is cashing in, and I feel this to be true, several people have always said that it would RI/RV like the sun rises, from the east to the west. I believe it was also, said it would happen on a long weekend/Holiday. Banks are closed Monday, January 17 for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Signs are starting to add up. I have been in this for 7 years, and want it done like everyone that is invested. So keep praying, stay grounded and as always we will wait. (Boy it has been a long 7 years.) Hopefully we are at the finish line. Thanks Dumbnar
  25. Go RV<<<< I am getting the same Intel for source here in the US, UK and from ME (Middle East). You now if there is a lot of smoke, we have a fire. GO RV Thanks Dumbnar
