Iraq's parliamentary elections were held on March 7, 2010 but no political party had managed to earn enough seats to form a government alone, rendering a political alliance a must. However, the country's main politicial rivals have yet to agree on the formation of a new government after months of stalled talks. In an interview to Al Jazeera, Ed Melkert, the United Nation's special envoy to Iraq, said feuding political leaders must settle their differences because the country's political vacuum is threatening security throughout Iraq. Hello, well this Is my second time I wire money to my warka acct. At this time I'm trying to transfer from my usd cheking acct into my saving iqd acct, but only shows an available balance of $150.00. So, someone had this problem that can't transfer usd to iqd for the amount you wire money? I wrote a letter explaining my problem, but I stll waiting for answer.
