Frankly speaking? Let me be frank. BS.! That person "Delta" has been proven to be a fraud and his "Iraqi TV Intel" in truth is just info the guy reads on forums and blogs. First it was said Delta spoke and understood Arabic and was in Iraq. Well it turns out he is not in Iraq but in the US. Next it is proven he does NOT even speak and understand Arabic but only knows a few phrases. So THEN it is claimed it is his WIFE who understands the TV and she then tells him what it says. No one can show one thing this Delta has ever said that was not first found on one of the forums or one of the blogs. Just sayin

Ok so Frank26 just said that in Texas at WALMART you can get 1 dinar notes and 5 dinar notes? No one in Iraq has seen them, no announced RV, no announcment of the lower denomonations and the CBI has no info or pictures of lower denomonations, but WALMART has them.
