Examined the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers during the weekly cabinet meeting on the strategic plan for the years 2014-2017 and a range of technical systems to improve performance in addition to the role of the Office of security and safety in meetings and conferences.
During the meeting chaired by the Secretary-General and attended by the Deputy and Associate Secretary of administration and finance, Directors General and their staff discuss the most important strategic goals of improving financial and administrative system of the Secretariat in accordance with the best international practices and standards and support Government decision and institutional performance and the reform and development of State administration and the development of public policy and the relationship between Government and citizens and civil society organizations.
The meeting discussed the development of technical regulations for accreditation as an agenda for the Council of Ministers and an electronic platform for trading alaamamat and electronic documents between offices and departments of the Secretariat, including the decisions of the Council of Ministers and the Secretariat Council directives and correspondence between the Chambers and the Iraqi Gazette, with the Cabinet's agenda depends on the receipt of proposals and circulate the decisions of the Council of Ministers to stakeholders electronically.
