I remember vividly when this attack happened in Iraq.  At that time I had no Idea it was ISIS.  We the United States were still occupiers of Iraq.  Look at where Iraq is now and where ISIS is now.  Could something have been done about these extremist at this time?  Oh, but at that time, White House: ‘War on terrorism’ was over http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2009/aug/06/white-house-war-terrorism-over/?feat=home_headlines  I just wonder in my heart of hearts if this wasn't the harbinger?  The World has sat back for the past four years and allowed this caliphate to grow to the point where Christianity in the Cradle of Civilization could be annihilated.  I'm sure God is overwhelmed with sadness, and anger.
