I renewed my VIP yesterday but it shows I have no VIP membership. It appears my renewal has not taken effect. Adam's instruction was to contact VIP@dinarvets.com, That address doesnt work. Help! Jeff Palmer

The vip@dinarvets.com is a good email address, I used it myself the other day. Try going to the link above and submitting a ticket there.
