شكل مجلس الوزراء لجنة عليا لتحديد الحصانة على اموال العراق والسعي لاخراج البلد من الفصل السابع، في وقت اقر فيه الستراتيجية الوطنية للتخفيف من الفقر.اعلن ذلك الناطق باسم الحكومة علي الدباغ موضحا ان المجلس اتخذ خلال الجلسة(42) الاعتيادية امس ستة قرارات مهمة.واوضح الدباغ ان الحكومة شكلت لجنة برئاسة وزير الخارجية هوشيار زيباري وعضوية ممثلين بدرجة وكيل وزير من وزارات الدفاع والمالية والعلوم وحقوق الانسان والعدل والنفط والنقل ومستشاري رئيس الوزراء السياسي والقانوني بهدف وضع السياقات التفاوضية مع الأمم المتحدة ودراسة خطة العمل الآنية لتحديد الحصانة على اموال العراق وسبل خروجه من الفصل السابع مستقبلاً.وصادقت الحكومة على الستراتيجية الوطنية للتخفيف من الفقر في العراق التي اوصت بها اللجنة المشكلة في وزارة التخطيط والتعاون الانمائي بالتعاون مع البنك الدولي، كما وافقت على تخويل وزارة الشباب والرياضة صلاحية التعاقد مع احدى الشركات لانجاز (10) قاعات رياضية خلال العام الحالي.وتابع الدباغ بحسب بيان تلقتالصباحنسخة منه: ان مجلس الوزراء وافق على تخويل وزير النقل صلاحية التفاوض والتوقيع على مشروع اتفاقية النقل الجوي بين العراق والبحرين بصيغتها المعتمدة من قبل مجلس شورى الدولة مع الاخذ بنظر الاعتبار جميع ملاحظات وزارة المالية وقيام وزارة الخارجية باعداد وثيقة التخويل اللازمة على وفق السياقات المعتمدة.واشار الى الموافقة على منح موافقة مبدئية مشروطة لشركة بلوم العقارية لبناء مدينة ضفاف كربلاء المقدسة عن طريق الاستثمار وتخويل الهيئة الوطنية للاستثمار بالتفاوض مع الشركة المذكورة لوضع البنود التفصيلية لرخصة الاستثمار وعرضها على مجلس الوزراء بغية النظر في منحها اجازة الاستثمار استناداً لقانون الاستثمار على ان لا يترتب على هذه الموافقة اية التزامات مالية او قانونية على الحكومة او هيئة الاستثمار تجاه الشركة المذكورة.
