Posted February 5, 2010 Report Share Posted February 5, 2010 Filling:2 boiled chicken breasts, cubed1/2 cup ranch1/4 sour cream1 can diced green chiles (med heat)dash red pepper1 1/2 cups shredded mexican blend cheeseTopping:1 can enchilada sauce (med)1 cup shredded mexican cheese blendmix all filling ingredients. put about 2 tbsp of mix on one end of a 10 inch flour tortilla and roll up. Place in 9 x13 baking dish. top with mexican blend shredded cheese and med enchilada sauce(I use old el paso). Bake @ 350 for 20 min.
