Is it possible for an in country RV?

I posted a question on chat about the possibility of an in-country RV, in response to a discussion that I had with a friend. (no answer.) I since have been in contact with ALi of Dinar trade and he said that if there is an RV it will come from the CBI and will not be an "in country" RV. That it will be world wide. For those that may have a question about this I hope this lays it to rest.

I personally don't think they can do so if the UNSC is also involving in their revaluation plan. And the China big players are in it as well. They will be the first to protest against Iraq of such exploitation. They are more money-conscious and calculative than we do. How about all the non-Iraqi ISX investors overseas?

Yes, i think a country could have an incountry rv, but dont think it will in iraq's case....I think they will get chapter 7 lifted, then rv, that way it would make their currency tradeable...

I believe it is possible, but if they want to have their currency internationally recognized not realistic.
