It is hard to imagine that Iraqi currency can stay where it is for long, when its Dinar neighbors, and non-dinar neighbors currency is trading from $1.40 to almost $3.50, with the noteable exception of Qutar at about .27 cents. Given its rich reserves of oil and gas, it is just a matter of being patient for the RV to happen.
