Buying 1190 selling 1195

I tried checking with the chat room before posting but no reply. http://www.ikhnews.com/ is showing the buy at 1190 and the sell at 1195. cut a paste link in Google search box then click on translate. Your thoughts needed. IS it a typo or what? The forex sites are closed right now for the dinar and have been running in the same channels for as long as I can remember. Never seen it 1190/1195

why is this even news? thats not the way you want the dinar to go anyways..... its news when it goes lower ok.. ? 1190 is only 15 dinar higher than the regular forex price.. no biggie friend

My guess is typo. I know it's only 15pips. I have never seen it beak out above 1166.55. I know it's gone down a heck of a lot more then 15pips and I want to see it keep dropping but that was to the upside.
