25k and 10k Dinar

Ok so I'm new to this but I have had my Dinar for over two years and when I bought it from GID Associates they only offered 25k notes. I have been checking back with them about once a month since buying to see what the sell/buy spread was, and today when I checked the site they are now selling 25k and 10k notes. Plus they have a bunch of regs in red as guide lines. I thought that until the RV they would only sell 25k notes?

Please shed some light on my newbie quandry.

They may have but I never saw it posted on the site like it is now. Just seeing changes and wishful thinking kicks in.

I also bought alot of dinar from gid associates and first saw the 10k note available about six weeks ago
