This am at 9:00 marcuscurtis did a post entitled "Predicting the Future". Link #3 took us to Web Site of the Ministry of Planning, Iraq.

Document stated in item #2 that the RV is officially $3.20. However investers would only get $1.134. How the **** can they do this?

I had to go to VIP and do a search on the title for it.
