This is very difficult to tell you, but from my knowledge they would be of no cash value should the Dinar revalue,

ASSUMING they are the old Dinar. You can hold a new Dinar up to a blacklight, the new notes have a security feature you can see plainly if they are the newer style. Good Luck to you.
