CBI Indicative Rates

Why have the indicative rates on the CBI website been running a day behind. The rest of the site is updated but not the rates. Anyone??, Anyone??, Bueller??

What i'd like to know is, day after day, every time they have a currency auction, less and less banks are participating. Today's auction only 15, anyone have a theory?

Rates still haven't changed but lately I have been paying attention and that seems to be fairly common practice! Sometimes it happens late in the day here.

As for banks participating I'd like to believe that it's getting smaller because they have been buying smaller demons and lots of banks have enough. But I don't think so. I've seen it get down to like 8 or 10 then shoot back up to 18 or 20! But I like the fact that you are looking for a pattern!
