troyster1100
I heard on a cc earlier tonight that they were saying on Iraqi TV that the banks in Iraq were going to be closed on Tuesday. Does anyone else know anything about this? I would love verification of this, because to me that might mean they were updating their servers for th RV/RI. And possibly breaking out the LDs. So if someon in Iraq could verify the banks are closed today that would be great. Unless there is holiday tomorrow that I am unaware of?
tonystaxxs
The CBI was closed last Tuesday (12-7) in celebration of the Islamic New Year. Their website has a listing of scheduled bank closings and the next one is 12-16 in celebration of Ashura. They are scheduled to be open today. http://www.qppstudio.net/bankholidays2010/iraq.htm
PhillyDinar
well if they truly are closed, that could only mean one thing! but without verifiable proof, we should all reamain calm as we know this is supposed to happen very soon but we dont want to get worked up for nothing... IQD RV IN 2010!!! LETS GO! GOD BLESS!!
