Amid a ceremony held in the district of Muqdadiyah and the presence of a number of officials in local administration and representatives from the U.S. side was opened by Governor of Diyala Nasser Mehdawi Rafidain Bank branch Muqdadiya, rebuilt with funding from the U.S. reconstruction team.
