بغداد(الاخبارية).. Baghdad (news) .. اعلن القيادي في ائتلاف دولة القانون والنائب عن التحالف الوطني ياسين مجيد ان اسماء مرشحي وزارات الحكومة الجديدة ستصل الى مرشح التحالف الوطني بتشكيل الحكومة نوري المالكي مساء اليوم او غدا. واضاف مجيد : ان مساء اليوم او غدا سيتسلم المالكي اسماء مرشحي الكتل السياسية البرلمانية لشغل المناصب الوزارية، وان لكل حقيبة وزارية 3 مرشحين. According to Article 76 of the new Iraqi constitution, it is incumbent on Maliki to form a new government within 30 days from the day of the formal letter .. حيث تنص هذه المادة على ما يلي : "يكلف رئيس الجمهورية، مرشح الكتلة النيابية الأكثر عدداً، بتشكيل مجلس الوزراء، خلال خمسة عشرَ يوماً من تاريخ انتخاب رئيس الجمهورية، ويتولى رئيس مجلس الوزراء المكلف، تسمية أعضاء وزارته، خلال مدةٍ أقصاها ثلاثون يوماً من تاريخ التكليف، فيما يكلف رئيس الجمهورية، مرشحاً جديداً لرئاسة مجلس الوزراء، خلال خمسة عشر يوماً، عند إخفاق رئيس مجلس الوزراء المكلف في تشكيل الوزارة، خلال المدة المنصوص عليها في البند الثاني من هذه المادة، ويعرض رئيس مجلس الوزراء المكلف، أسماء أعضاء وزارته، والمنهاج الوزاري، على مجلس النواب، ويعد حائزاً ثقتها، عند الموافقة على الوزراء منفردين، والمنهاج الوزاري، بالأغلبية المطلقة، في حين يتولى رئيس الجمهورية تكليف مرشحٍ آخر بتشكيل الوزارة، خلال خمسة عشر يوماً، في حالة عدم نيل الوزارة الثقة/انتهى/(7.ر.م).
