FYI...Lan is a very good friend of med's and I believe he just recently retired from his position as a bank exec.

hmmm this guys says alot... I wonder what he believes the rate is going to be if not 3.22 if anything that is the most constant rate I have seen in the last couple years as far as intel has gone. I'm at least holding out hope that we get a 1-1 RV.

From what I remember reading Med has almost always said it would come in at .86 which is not bad at all. Would love to see it higher and I have always felt it would come in around the Euro 1.00 to 1.50. But that's my own opinion. Kuwait doesn't want them to come in to low cause it would hurt them. Derivative market was at 2.73 which someone had posted. Don't know if it's a fact but it might be a factor in determining what the country could handle. Don't know for for sure just thinking.
