penny stock from that side of the world

Ok, here's my situation/question- I have been invested in a penny stock-IDTA.PK for over 5 years now. They first developed a drug detection kit that provides no false positives, and are supposedly the most accurate on the market. During the time until now, they have also developed Bomb detection kits( you can check out there site at http://www.identa.biz/ ). They are based in Israel I think, so I was wondering if perhaps all the crap going on in that side of the world had anything to do with it not taking off, although they did come out with a very good PR yesterday. And I wonder if when Iraq gets their sh!^ together and forms a government and RV, will their company take off as well? It's funny how their latest press release- http://finance.yahoo.com/news/International-Drug-Explosives-iw-2651650513.html?x=0 - comes at the same time as it seems the GOI, and hopefully RV seem to be happening. I have over 800,.000 shares in that stock, all-be-it trading at sub-pennies for years now, and that would be quite a kicker for that to take off at the same time as RV!
