Majors Scour Iraq Second-Round Bid Rules

Top oil companies are poring over the just-released bidding rules and final contract for Iraq's second post-war oil round as they draw up plans to capture fields that could deliver at least another 2.6 million barrels per day of production and push output towards 10 million b/d.
