He said Talabani, in an interview with Suheir Qaisi within the program “who will govern Iraq," and aired the "AL-Arabiya" at seven o’clock on Saturday 18/09/2010 KSA; otherwis any one violates that as if he/she violates the Iraqi Constitution , who voted by more than 12 million Iraqis inside and outside the country . Talabani stressed that the coming of the Kurdistan alliances with any political party depends on the adherence to the party this constitutional rights.
